You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Have all original tags and packaging attached

Be returned in the same condition in which you received it

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, or intimate apparel

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards or digital products

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return does not meet our policy conditions, it may be rejected or partially refunded.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item.

We’ll help you process an exchange or guide you to reorder the correct size.

📦  How to Start a Return

Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization and instructions.

Ship your item to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
